For 30 years, Flemming Johnson has led change through organizational transitions, leadership changes, and business strategy adjustments. He held leadership roles in Engineering and Human Resources for a Public Utility, Consumer Products companies, Manufacturing, and Business Services companies through mergers, acquisitions, private to public, and start-up stages. Before his business career, Flemming served in the US Navy, Submarine Service nuclear power operations. He also served his community as a Boy Scout leader, a church leader, and as a member of a local Salvation Army Advisory Board. Flemming holds a BS in Biology and Chemistry from the University of the State of New York.
